THYROID STATUS IN PATIENTS WITH HYPOTHYROIDICS DEPENDING ON GENDER

Abstract

Hypothyroidism (HT) currently has a high social significance, which is determined by a significant increase in the prevalence of this disease and large financial costs for its diagnosis and treatment [1,3]. It is known that thyroid hormones are necessary for the normal functioning of all organs. With their deficiency, irreversible changes can develop in all systems of the body, primarily in the mental sphere.
