INNOVATIVE PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES - THE MAIN TOOL OF THE MODERN TEACHER
Moxigul Aminova ,Abstract
This article examines the role of innovative pedagogical technologies in the modern education system of Uzbekistan and their impact on teachers' activities. The study analyzes the positive role of digital platforms in improving the quality of education, including personalizing the learning process, enhancing teacher effectiveness, and increasing student motivation. At the same time, it identifies that infrastructure limitations in rural areas, insufficient digital literacy of teachers, and issues related to paid functions cause digital inequality in education. The research discusses opportunities to overcome these obstacles through state policy, international cooperation, and the expansion of professional development programs. The article emphasizes the strategic importance of innovative technologies in bringing Uzbekistan’s education system closer to global standards.
