INTEGRATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MATHEMATICAL COMPETENCE IN FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

Abstract

This article discusses the theoretical and practical foundations of developing mathematical competence in future primary school teachers based on an integrative approach. In the process of integration, the inextricable link between mathematics and natural sciences, technology, information literacy, native language, and social sciences analyzed. In addition, effective mechanisms for the formation of mathematical competence through innovative methods such as STEAM, problem-based learning, project activities, and the use of digital tools revealed. The results of the study include proposals and recommendations for developing logical thinking, solving practical problems, creating mathematical models, and designing integrative lessons in future teachers.
