SHEN’S REFLECTIVE MODEL: REFLECTION ON ACTION AND REFLECTION IN ACTION
Sherzod Sharopov ,Abstract
The Schön reflective model is a widely recognised framework that supports learning and professional development through systematic self-reflection. Developed by Donald Schön, the model encourages teachers to learn from their experiences by critically examining and explaining their actions and the decisions that emerge from them. This reflective approach is commonly applied across practice-based disciplines such as education, healthcare, social work, and other professional fields.
