PHILOSOPHICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR DEVELOPING INFORMATION-ANALYTICAL COMPETENCE OF PROSPECTIVE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the philosophical and pedagogical foundations for developing information-analytical competence in future foreign language teachers. The theoretical essence of the competency-based approach, epistemological foundations of analytical and critical thinking, and the role of information culture in the context of globalization are examined. The study substantiates pedagogical mechanisms for forming information-analytical competence in higher education.
