ANALYSIS OF FACTORS AFFECTING SOCIAL SOLIDARITY IN THE PROCESS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The article focuses on analyzing the impact of the digital transformation process on social cohesion. The study identifies factors that either strengthen or weaken cohesion in society during the development of digital technologies. Digital transformation processes and their mechanisms of influence on social cohesion were examined. During the research, content analysis, statistical approaches, and sociological observation methods were applied. The main results of the study: factors positively affecting cohesion in the context of a digital economy (equal access to information, open governance, digital literacy) as well as factors negatively affecting it (digital divide, misinformation flow, online social fragmentation) were systematically identified.
