DEVELOPMENT TRENDS OF NON-GOVERNMENTAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS IN FERGANA REGION (BASED ON A CASE STUDY)

This article analyzes the development trends of non-governmental educational institutions in the Fergana region based on a case study. In recent years, as a result of reforms aimed at liberalizing the education sector and expanding private sector participation in Uzbekistan, the number of non-governmental schools, training centers, and higher education institutions in the regions has significantly increased. The study examines the activities of five non-governmental educational institutions in the region, analyzing their organizational models, curricula, competitive environment, and innovative approaches. The results indicate that the non-governmental sector plays an important role in improving the quality of education, introducing new pedagogical technologies, and training personnel in line with labor market demands. At the same time, challenges related to financial sustainability, shortages of qualified teachers, and licensing procedures remain. The findings of the study may contribute to improving regional education policy.
