THE SYSTEM OF PEDAGOGICAL COOPERATION AMONG THE SUBJECTS OF THE PERSON-CENTERED EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN “MEHRLI MAKTAB” SCHOOLS

The article examines the pedagogical and psychological foundations of the hospital education system through the example of "Mehrli Maktab" state educational institutions established for children undergoing long-term inpatient and outpatient treatment. It highlights the features of constructing a person-centered educational environment in hospital settings and outlines a quaternary model of integrative cooperation among the subjects of the educational process (the patient-student, hospital pedagogue, parent, and medical staff). The study substantiates the principles of transitioning from traditional imperative communication to flexible subject-subject relationships, emphasizing the psychotherapeutic efficacy of this system in reducing hospitalism and depression levels in children.
