REVIEW AND RESOLUTION OF APPEALS OF INDIVIDUALS AND LEGAL ENTITIES BY THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE

In our country, the scope of measures for citizens to express their opinions freely, to solve their problems and to protect their constitutional rights is expanding. It is in this direction that the issue of reviewing citizens' appeals and providing a satisfactory solution is a programmatic action. This article describes in detail the approach of the prosecutor's office in considering the appeals of physical and legal citizens.
