ACTIVITIES OF MADRASA IN TURKESTAN AT THE END OF THE 19TH AND THE BEGINNING OF THE 20TH CENTURIES

This article highlights the activities of madrasas operating in the territory of Turkestan at the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th centuries. It provides information on the impact of control and reforms implemented by the Russian Empire. The article objectively analyzes the role of madrasas in the social and cultural life of that period, as well as the factors that contributed to the decline in the quality of education.
