This article analyzes the dialectical and Praxeological aspects of the transition of the internal affairs system of Uzbekistan to the people's democratic system. The study discusses the social, legal and practical changes in the updated system of internal affairs bodies, the contradictions between the old and new systems, as well as the development of this system through new approaches to communicating with citizens. The article examines the evolution of the internal affairs system, conflicts and their solutions through a dialectical approach, and recommends methods to improve the effectiveness of the system's practical activities through a praxeological approach. The scientific work highlights important factors of the transition of the internal affairs system to the national system, the introduction of new legal and ethical principles into the system, as well as the need to introduce new methodologies and innovative approaches. The scientific and theoretical results of the study are of practical importance for the creation of new mechanisms for ensuring security in society and protecting the rights of citizens. Practical recommendations were also given on improving the efficiency of the internal affairs bodies, strengthening the professional training of employees, and establishing effective interaction with citizens. These recommendations are important for updating the system and implementing  population principles, ensuring the adaptation of internal affairs bodies to new requirements and tasks.
