RETROSPECTIVE ANALYSIS OF LIABILITY FOR FORGERY, SALE OR USE OF DOCUMENTS

The historical evolution and current status of culpability for crimes involving the sale, use, and forging of papers are examined in this article. The efficiency of liability measures applied in various eras is examined using historical-legal and comparative-legal methodologies. Proposals are made to enhance the laws in this field based on the demands of the contemporary day.
