THE CONCEPT AND TYPES OF ASSETS IN ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS.

This article examines the concept and types of assets in enforcement proceedings, focusing on the legislative framework of Uzbekistan. It analyzes the provisions of the Administrative Liability Code regarding violations of enforcement procedures, penalties for debtors and officials, and proposed amendments to enhance compliance. The study highlights statistical data on enforcement efficiency and discusses potential improvements to the legal framework to ensure the effective execution of judicial decisions.
