INTEGRATION OF SOCIO-CULTURAL CONDITIONS FOR OPTIMIZING THE PROCESSES OF CORPORATE CULTURE FORMATION

Abstract

This article examines the socio-cultural conditions necessary for optimizing the processes of forming corporate culture. It examines the historical experience shaping corporate culture and illuminates the essence of integrative activity in shaping a holistic organizational environment. By analyzing various socio-cultural factors, this article aims to provide insight into effective strategies for fostering a positive corporate culture that enhances employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
