Protecting the rights and freedoms of minors is one of the main issues of any society. The health and development of society depends on the growth of healthy young people in it. Its regulation by constitutional laws and international legal norms, as well as the strict implementation of the legal mechanism, is the only way to maintain a healthy society.

This article analyzes the constitutional and legal guarantees of the rights of minors, the problems that arise in ensuring them, and presents proposals and considerations for their solution.
