The importance, content and essence of improving the legal awareness and legal culture of civil servants and the main factors contributing to its improvement are analyzed. Legal awareness refers to the knowledge and understanding of the legislation by civil servants, and legal culture refers to the ability to apply the principles of legality in practice. The role of education, transparent governance, the introduction of modern technologies and the development of interaction with citizens in improving legal literacy is emphasized. The development of legal awareness and culture is considered an important factor in ensuring social justice, increasing the efficiency of public administration and strengthening citizens' trust in the state.
