UZBEKISTON'S STATE CHARACTERISTICS AND INDUSTRY INDEX OF IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN BEINGS

This article is devoted to the issue of the opportunities of Uzbekistan as a social state in the Social Development Index. The study discusses the concept of a social state, its legal foundations and the place of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Social Development Index, the socio-political reforms being implemented in our country, the social rights of citizens and mechanisms for their protection, as well as the principles of social justice and equality. The development directions of Uzbekistan as a social state are analyzed in comparison with international experience, and the main factors and prospects of social development are studied. The results of the study highlight the legal aspects of conducting a fair and inclusive social policy in the country, and the reforms that need to be implemented in the future, as well as the aspects of their development, are analyzed from a scientific and practical point of view.
