ISSUES OF USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO PREVENT CORRUPTION IN CIVIL COURTS, FOREIGN EXPERIENCE AND SUGGESTIONS

This article analyzes the use of artificial intelligence technologies in civil courts for preventing corruption. Based on foreign experience, the article discusses in detail how artificial intelligence can be effectively applied in the judicial system, including digital technologies and modern approaches. Examples of advanced foreign practices are provided, along with proposals adapted for Uzbekistan. The study focuses on the role of artificial intelligence in analyzing court cases, detecting questionable decisions, and preventing corruption.
