
PROBLEMS AND ETHICAL FEATURES OF THE IMPACT OF DISCIPLINARY PUNISHMENT ON ADAPTATION TO THE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT

Disciplinary punishment is a form of penalty imposed on offenders by society for their culpability. Such punishment significantly alters the individual's social, psycho-emotional, and moral state. This article analyzes the adaptation of offenders to the social environment, their moral characteristics, as well as the challenges they face in the process of rehabilitation.
The aim is to shed light on how disciplinary punishment affects the moral and social condition of the individual and to explore the issues surrounding their reintegration into society.
