THE IMPORTANCE OF MORAL LITERACY OF A MODERN CIVIL SERVANT

Abstract

This study philosophically explores the growing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) paradigms into the modern state apparatus, focusing on the important area of public administration and the urgent need to improve the digital literacy of civil servants. Set in the context of a specific national strategy aimed at comprehensive digital transformation by 2030, this analysis explores the complex relationship between technological progress, government effectiveness, and ethical responsibility. The study examines in detail the pressure of global competition, which encourages countries to implement SI, while Si is recognized not only as a technological vector, but also as a determining factor of socio-economic viability in the era of globalization.
