In the context of today's globalization and digital economy, the concept of an informed society is becoming increasingly important. As a result of the rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT), the formation and development of human capital has reached a new level. This article analyzes the specifics of human capital, its development factors and prospects in the context of an informed society.
