INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES IN THE ENERGY SECTOR: CRIMINALISTIC ASPECTS

This article discusses the history of the energy sector, key concepts related to it, criminalistic aspects of investigating crimes in this field, as well as an analysis of the opinions and reflections of certain criminalistics scholars on the criminalistic description of crime investigation. The author presents an authorial definition of the criminalistic description of investigating crimes in the energy sector and reveals the criminalistic aspects of investigating such crimes.
