FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN IMPROVING THE CONSTITUTIONAL-LEGAL STATUS OF LOCAL COUNCIL DEPUTY

Abstract

This article emphasizes the importance of studying international experience in reforming public administration systems, exploring its advanced aspects, and substantiating the possibility of implementing it in domestic practice. In this regard, it is important to analyze the organization and activities of local government bodies in foreign countries, identify appropriate governance models in them, and develop proposals for further improving the constitutional and legal status of local council deputies in Uzbekistan, defining their characteristics.
