LEGAL GUARANTEES FOR MONITORING THE LIVING CONDITIONS OF A CHILD AFTER INTERNATIONAL ADOPTION

Abstract

The article examines the legal mechanisms ensuring control over the living conditions of a child after international adoption. A comparative analysis of the legislation and practices of Germany, France, and several CIS countries, including Uzbekistan, is conducted. The study identifies key issues in post-adoption monitoring and proposes recommendations for improving national and international control mechanisms.
