This article analyzes the strategic role of project management methodologies in improving the effectiveness of youth policy. It examines the use of Agile, PRINCE2, and PMBOK frameworks in planning, implementing, and evaluating youth-oriented programs. The study evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of each methodology, focusing on flexibility, governance, and standardization.
