WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP AS A FACTOR IN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the phenomenon of women’s leadership in the context of the sustainable development strategy of the New Uzbekistan. It examines women’s increasing participation in political, economic, and social life, their growing influence in decision-making, and the government’s policies aimed at ensuring gender equality. The study substantiates the strategic importance of women’s leadership as a driving force of social transformation, innovation, and effective governance within Uzbekistan’s new development paradigm.
