FEATURES OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF MINORS IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES

This article analyzes the criminal liability of minors and its specific features in certain foreign countries, the types of penalties that may be imposed on juveniles, their age categories, and the key provisions of legislation concerning the age of criminal responsibility. In addition, it examines the normative foundations for establishing the minimum age of criminal liability in various countries.
