This article provides analytical and general conclusions about the work carried out between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan during the Soviet period, the establishment of economic and cultural relations, the history of the capabilities and promising plans of representatives of both countries, and the work carried out. The assistance and mutual cooperation of the Soviet Union and Soviet Uzbekistan, as part of its structure, during the development of Afghanistan in the 20th century are analyzed.
