SCIENCE, EDUCATION AND HUMAN CAPITAL IN EUROPE AND CENTRAL ASIA

Every person can achieve spiritual and economic perfection by effectively using their abilities. If there is a large proportion of these abilities at the national level, society will achieve greatness in all aspects.
For this reason, there are challenges that need to be addressed in developing human capital in our country. Why, for so many years, has human capital, its importance, and its power not been properly appreciated in our country? This has led to the emergence of a social class that lacks its own opinion, hasn't found its own path, and lacks confidence in its own abilities.
