LEGAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES OF ENSURING HUMAN RIGHTS IN THE AGE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

This article examines the legal and ethical challenges of ensuring human rights in the context of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technologies. Particular attention is paid to issues such as algorithmic bias, data privacy, accountability, and the impact on labor rights. The study highlights both the opportunities and potential risks that artificial intelligence poses to human rights. Furthermore, it emphasizes the need to improve legal frameworks and ethical principles for regulating artificial intelligence.
