HISTORY OF VINE GROWING OF THE ANCIENT KHOREZM POPULATION: FORMATION, DEVELOPMENT AND ITS PLACE IN CIVILIZATION

This research article examines the emergence of viticulture in the territory of Ancient Khorezm, its agricultural development, and its socioeconomic and cultural significance. Based on an analysis of archaeological, paleobotanical, and written sources, the early stages of viticulture, its connection with irrigation systems, and its role in trade relations are revealed. The influence of Khorezmian viticulture on the development of Central Asian civilization is also assessed.
