This article examines the legal protection mechanisms of the saxaul plant in the Southern Aral Sea region. The study explores the ecological significance of saxaul, its role in preventing desertification, and the existing legal frameworks aimed at its conservation. Special attention is given to state regulatory measures, control mechanisms, and their effectiveness. Based on identified challenges, recommendations are proposed to improve the legal protection system.
