METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING AND VERIFYING FORENSIC VERSIONS IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES IN THE MEDICAL FIELD

Abstract

This article examines the methodology of developing and verifying forensic versions in the investigation of crimes in the medical field. The study highlights the specific features of medical crimes, the importance of forensic medical examinations, and the use of specialized knowledge. A step-by-step algorithm for verifying investigative versions is proposed, along with practical recommendations aimed at improving investigative effectiveness.
