ATTENTION TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF COMPREHENSIVE MECHANIZATION AND THE APPLICATION OF SCIENTIFIC ACHIEVEMENTS AND ADVANCED PRACTICES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE JIZZAKH STEPPE

The use of modern technology also played a key role in the development of the Hungry Steppe and the creation of infrastructure. Construction of drainage systems and land leveling of the channel network required the use of heavy construction equipment—excavators, bulldozers, and cranes. These machines made it possible to erect the necessary structures in a relatively short time, transforming the steppe into an element of the national economy. Without the mobility provided by vehicles and the rapid construction capabilities facilitated by machinery, the development of the Hungry Steppe would have taken much longer and required a significantly larger labor force.
Importantly, research and monitoring equipment also contributed. Geological scanners, drilling rigs, and other specialized equipment were used to study soil composition, identify groundwater sources, and assess the suitability of land for agriculture. Scientific modeling and analysis of the data obtained using this technology allowed for informed decisions on the placement of canals, fields, and settlements.
