THE USE OF OPERATIONAL-SEARCH MEASURES IN CREATING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT IN UZBEKISTAN

This article examines the role, legal foundations and practical mechanisms of operational-search measures in creating and ensuring a safe environment in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The distinctive aspects of operational-search activities in maintaining public order, preventing crime, combating extremism and terrorism, ensuring transport safety and protecting the digital environment are analyzed. The article reveals the multidimensional concept of creating a safe environment and puts forward scientifically grounded proposals for developing operational-search activities as a socio-legal system.
