COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CRIMINAL LIABILITY FOR CRIMES COMMITTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSPORTING DRUG PRODUCTS IN THE LEGISLATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

The article examines the issues of criminal liability for crimes committed for the purpose of trafficking narcotic drugs in the Russian Federation, the methods of studying such crimes, as well as the theoretical and legal aspects of this category of criminal offences. A comparative legal analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of combating illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs is conducted.
