This article analyzes the socio-ethical characteristics of spiritual poverty in the context of a renewing society based on a philosophical approach. The study highlights the essence of spiritual poverty, the social, cultural, and informational factors influencing its formation, and its impact on personal and societal development. Furthermore, the article scientifically evaluates the impact of shifts within the system of spiritual values under the conditions of globalization and digital transformation on social moral norms. It reveals the philosophical and theoretical foundations for preventing spiritual poverty, strengthening a healthy spiritual environment in society, harmoniously developing national and universal human values, and elevating the moral culture of youth. The results of the research serve to formulate scientific conclusions aimed at ensuring spiritual progress and improving socio-ethical relations in a renewing society.
