ANALYSIS OF INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES ON IMPROVING HUMAN DEGREE ON THE BASIS OF TRADE UNIONS IN MODERN SOCIETY

This article analyzes advanced international experiences aimed at improving human dignity through trade unions in modern society. The activities of trade unions in Europe, the USA and Asian countries to protect labor rights, create decent working conditions, improve social protection and develop social partnership are studied. The impact of international labor standards and trade union mechanisms on ensuring the principle of human dignity is highlighted. Based on the results of the study, practical proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the activities of trade unions and enhance human dignity in Uzbekistan.
