This article presents in detail the foreign experience of conducting preliminary hearings in administrative courts, specifically using German judicial practice as an example, and demonstrates the features and advantages of conducting preliminary hearings in this state's judicial practice.

A analysis of procedural actions during the preliminary hearing in this state's judicial practice was also conducted, and recommendations were provided on which actions can be included in our judicial practice.
