THE USE OF OPERATIONAL-SEARCH MEASURES IN COMBATING THE INVOLVEMENT OF MINORS IN EXTREMISM

This article examines the legal, methodological and practical foundations of the use of operational-search measures in combating the involvement of minors in extremist activities. In the context of the widespread use of social networks and online resources, the mechanisms of manipulation and radicalization of minors by extremist organizations, as well as effective methods and means of operational-search activities to identify and prevent such activities are studied. The article analyzes the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, international experience and judicial-investigative practice, and develops practical recommendations. The research contributes to the improvement of the legal-institutional system against the radicalization of young people.
