THE ESSENCE AND THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF FOREIGN POLICY OF STATES

In this article, the question of the relevance of the subject of interstate international relations, its connection with the state's internal policy and its inextricability is emphasized. The article also contains information about the concept of foreign policy, its essence, the components of the policy, and the evolution of the definitions given to the term foreign policy. When analyzing the structure of foreign policy, based on the sources, it was emphasized that the most important component of foreign and domestic policy is society, i.e. people.
