Modern international relations show the relevance of multilateral diplomatic relations more than ever due to its extreme variability and the emergence of new demands on various fronts. The multilateral cooperation of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the framework of UNESCO clearly shows its importance in a period full of unexpected threats. The evolution of cooperation between the parties is considered the result of establishing a high-level cooperation practice in the modern era, and its study and the activation of scientific research in this regard are of scientific and practical importance for the future. The article examines the new era of UNESCO-Uzbekistan relations through scientific and heritage diplomacy prisms and analyzes the legal foundations of mutual relations.
