This article addresses issues in the methodology of teaching terms in Karakalpak language lessons. The author analyzes the theoretical foundations of the concepts of terminology and terminological system, discusses the processes of formation and development of Karakalpak terminology, and examines the application of pedagogical terms in accordance with literary language norms. The article substantiates the need to standardize terms and to apply them correctly and consistently in the educational process.
