This article analyzes Japan's role in international relations and the priorities of its foreign policy. The information is presented systematically based on the basic principles of Japanese foreign policy. It was emphasized that strengthening relations with foreign countries to preserve and strengthen a free and open international order based on the rule of law of the Japanese government will help the world free itself from division and conflict, and deepen mutual cooperation. Japan will continue to actively promote measures such as a "nuclear-weapon-free world", human rights, peacebuilding and the fight against terrorism and transnational organized crime. These aspects are given special attention in establishing relations with the countries of Central Asia.
