This scientific article comprehensively examines the life, spiritual and educational activities, and Sufi views of Shaykh Khudoydod Vali, one of the prominent representatives of the Central Asian Sufi tradition, as well as their significance in the contemporary educational process. The study analyzes the hagiographical narratives (manāqib), historical and biographical sources, and the perspectives of modern scholars. His concept of the “perfect human being” and teachings on moral education are evaluated from a pedagogical standpoint. The article also provides a scientific justification for integrating Shaykh Khudoydod Vali’s spiritual heritage into general and higher education systems, as well as into spiritual and educational programs.

This article analyzes the role of social institutions in shaping a healthy lifestyle in Uzbekistan from a philosophical point of view. The study substantiates that a healthy lifestyle is not only an individual or medical issue, but also a socio-anthropological and axiological phenomenon. The role of the family, education system, health care institutions, sports organizations, neighborhood, religious and non-governmental institutions in establishing a culture of health in society is revealed. Also, the need for new approaches to promoting a healthy lifestyle in the context of globalization, urbanization and technological progress is highlighted. The practical aspects of the idea of a healthy generation are considered on the example of state policy and institutional mechanisms, in particular, the activities of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Youth Union of Uzbekistan. A healthy lifestyle is interpreted as a complex socio-philosophical category formed in the harmony of a person's conscious choice, social responsibility and inter-institutional cooperation.

This article analyzes the dynamics of livestock sector development in the Uzbek SSR during 1940–1970, with particular focus on the regions of the Ferghana Valley. The study examines the negative impact of World War II on livestock production as well as the post-war recovery process. Special attention is given to changes in the number of cattle, sheep (including Karakul and other breeds), goats, and horses. The article also highlights the role and specialization of the Ferghana Valley within the overall livestock sector of the republic.

The research results highlight the strategic importance of family-based education in ensuring the spiritual stability of youth and in developing the moral potential of society.

This article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the intensification of migration processes in the context of globalization and their impact on the transformation of social consciousness. Migration is interpreted not only as a demographic and economic phenomenon but also as a significant factor in shaping new paradigms of social consciousness. The article reveals the substantive transformation of such concepts as identity, cultural adaptation, tolerance, transnational thinking, and social integration as a result of migration processes. Furthermore, the contradictions between migration and traditional forms of social consciousness are substantiated, along with the necessity of their reinterpretation in a new conceptual framework.

This scholarly article analyzes the formation and evolution of bilateral relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Arab Republic of Egypt on the basis of a comprehensive and systematic approach. The study examines the stages of development of political-diplomatic ties, trade and economic cooperation, socio-cultural integration, and religious-educational relations in accordance with the principles of historicity and consistency. The article considers the historical roots of mutual relations—particularly scientific and educational contacts and traditions of cooperation within the framework of Islamic civilization—in harmony with the modern concept of strategic partnership. It also analyzes, based on factual data and official sources, the institutionalization of diplomatic relations in the post-independence period, the formation of intergovernmental mechanisms, and the specific features of cooperation within international organizations. According to the research findings, Uzbekistan–Egypt cooperation is emerging as an important factor in strengthening interregional ties within the geopolitical space of the Middle East and Central Asia, deepening economic integration, and promoting cultural-civilizational dialogue. The article scientifically summarizes the promising areas of bilateral relations, including the strategic importance of cooperation in trade and investment, education, cultural, and religious-educational spheres.

The article examines the current state, existing problems and shortcomings in the field of the civil service of the Republic of Uzbekistan based on scientific analysis. Despite the establishment of a legal framework, the introduction of open competition mechanisms and digitalization in recent years, a number of issues remain, including insufficient development of strategic and HR planning, duplication of functions, the absence of competency models, and the lack of linkage between evaluation and incentive systems and performance outcomes. In addition, low salary competitiveness, regional disparities, corruption risks, favoritism, weak internal communication, as well as integration barriers in the implementation of digitalization and artificial intelligence negatively affect the image of the civil service and public trust. The article proposes scientific and practical directions for addressing these problems.

This article provides a scholarly analysis of the formation and development stages of the “G‘allaorol Ovozi” newspaper, which occupies an important place in the history of local journalism in the Jizzakh region. The study examines the newspaper’s activities during different periods, with particular emphasis on its contribution to the development of district-level press under the leadership of Aliboy Ergashev. In addition, the article analyzes the journalist’s multifaceted professional activity in a context marked by limited creative staff and printing resources, substantiating his significant contribution to the advancement of district journalism.

This article analyzes the role and participation of E.Yu. Yusupov in the socio-political processes and public life of Uzbekistan. The author examines his activities in the field of public administration, cooperation with civil society institutions, initiatives within the reform process, and his influence on the formation of public opinion. Particular attention is given to the importance of Yusupov’s activities in strengthening national statehood, shaping youth consciousness, and ensuring social stability. The findings of the study demonstrate that the socio-political activities of E.Yu. Yusupov occupy a significant place in the modern history of Uzbekistan.

Ancient and medieval sources, written monuments, epics, legends, and traditions are considered important scientific sources for studying the ethnic composition of the oasis, the formation of tribes and clans, and the roots of its customs and rituals.

This article examines folk perceptions of jinns as an important component of traditional worldview and oral folk creativity. The study analyzes the mythological, religious, and cultural aspects of the image of jinns in popular beliefs, as well as their role in shaping spiritual values and explaining unexplained phenomena. Special attention is given to the representation of jinn-related beliefs in folklore, legends, narratives, and everyday superstitions. The article also provides a comparative analysis of folk beliefs and religious sources, identifying the specific features of interpreting this phenomenon within its cultural context.

The article analyzes the activities of Mahatma Gandhi and his service to the people of India. He experienced the challenges facing India. In India, a large number of different religions, so Gandhi worked for unity. Satyagraha of Mahatma Gandhi  destroyed ethnic, religious castes, linguistic and regional barriers. The Indian Union, the issue of independence, was the sense of Gandhi’s life. The creation of Sarvodoya, a “welfare society” on earth, is the essence of the idea of satyagraha. It reflects democratic and humanistic ideas. Gandhi linked the struggle for “sarvodoya” with the ideas of the struggle for independence. The study of the socio-political worldview and philosophy of Mahatma Gandhi is still relevant today. In the modern world its significance is even greater. For example, we can see how the concept of non-violence is necessary in the world, and in political circles. This is because the modern era is very special because of its polarity. The ethical and philosophical worldview of Mahatma Gandhi was also analyzed. The concept of God is at the core of Gandhi’s worldview. He sees God and Truth as a single concept. True for Gandhi to unite everything. As the most important category of Gandhi's philosophical and ethical conception, love is selected, and this category becomes the most important feature of “ahimsa” and its practical inspiration. Ahimsa is the basis of the search for truth. Ahims does not harm any creature. “Love” and “mercy,” Gandhi believes, should be the cornerstone of all human relationships, and “hatred” must be removed from life.

The research analyzes Donish’s views on science, education, societal development, and the upbringing of the younger generation. His works reflect issues such as encouraging individuals to pursue enlightenment, acquire knowledge, and engage in social activity. The article also discusses Donish’s enlightenment activities and their significance in contemporary educational and upbringing processes.

The article is devoted to the issues of women’s social activity in Uzbekistan. Based on factual materials, it analyzes information about women’s participation in the social and state life throughout the 20th century and explains the historical process of the strengthening of women’s roles in various sectors of the economy over different periods.

The article, structured according to the IMRAD format, examines the theoretical foundations and practical principles of forming morally and legally mature youth personalities on the basis of national values. Moral–legal maturity is interpreted as the unity of a young person’s moral values, legal knowledge, awareness of rights and duties, civic responsibility and social activity. The methodological framework combines socio-philosophical, axiological and pedagogical approaches, as well as the analysis of policy documents and comparative methods. As a result, five key principles for developing morally and legally mature youth grounded in the harmony of national values and legal-democratic norms are substantiated: value-oriented, integrative, continuity, subjectivity and cooperation principles. The discussion section explores how these principles can be implemented through the activities of the family, the education system, local communities and civil society institutions.

The article analyzes the outcomes of the 25th Summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization held on August 31 – September 1, 2025, in Tianjin, China. This summit marked a significant milestone in the organization’s history in terms of both its scale and political importance. Recognized as the largest and most important event in the 24-year history of the SCO, the summit reflects the organization’s transformation from a regional security bloc into a platform with growing geopolitical influence. The results and symbolism of the summit emphasize the strengthened role of the SCO as a key mechanism for regional integration and international cooperation.

This article analyzes the strategy of the State of Qatar to strengthen its global diplomatic position against the backdrop of the protracted crisis in Afghanistan. Drawing on the theories of small-state diplomacy, mediation, and humanitarian diplomacy, the article focuses on how Qatar’s engagement with the Afghan issue is strengthening its role in the international system. The opening of the Taliban political office in Doha in 2013, the US-Taliban agreement in 2020, and Qatar’s central role in evacuation and humanitarian operations after 2021 have established the country as a credible negotiating platform. The article analyzes the pragmatic and multi-vector nature of Qatar’s foreign policy, its coordinated cooperation with the US, the European Union, the UN, and regional actors.

This article provides a scholarly analysis of bowl-making—an important branch of Uzbek pottery (flat tableware such as bowls, large dishes, cups, and plates)—using the example of the Kokand center. It examines the transcultural significance of Kokand pottery, its tilework (koshin) and porcelain traditions, renowned masters, and museum collections of their works. Based on archaeological and ethnographic sources, as well as academic literature (Aminov, 2020; Bobobekov, 1996), the historical development of bowl-making and contemporary issues of heritage preservation are discussed.
