SOCIAL STATE – PERSONAL FREEDOM AND THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL INSTITUTIONS

This article provides a scientific analysis of the significance of the formation and development of social institutions necessary to ensure personal freedom and societal stability. It also demonstrates that measures aimed at promoting social justice and equality represent a key aspect and practical manifestation of the principles of a social state.
