PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE ON EMPLOYEES IN CORPORATE ETHICS. MOBBING METHOD

Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of mobbing and bullying on corporate relations, reasons for investigation, and issues related to drawing conclusions. Mobbing is the experience and ethical impact on provision within an organization, while bullying is a form of individual harassment. The impact of mobbing and bullying violations in the workplace, international and legal diseases, and ways to solve all problems are described. It was emphasized that corporate codes, active management participation, and special institutions are necessary to preserve the medical well-being of employees and the organization.
