HISTORICAL AND MODERN FORMS OF ORGANIZING FESTIVALS (PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS)

The article provides detailed information about festivals, the need for their organization and holding, their content, essence and objectives. In addition, along with enriched new information about the processes of holding, modern forms and types of festivals, an idea of emerging problems and their solutions, as well as proposals and recommendations for them is given.
