This article analyzes the processes of digital transformation and their impact on the formation and dissemination of healthy lifestyle ideology from the perspective of social constructivism. Today, the development of information and communication technologies has contributed to the formation of knowledge and values related to a healthy lifestyle within virtual spaces, their integration into public consciousness, and their popularization through digital culture.
