THE ROLE OF LEGAL AWARENESS AND CULTURE IN EDUCATING YOUTH IN THE SPIRIT OF THE IDEA OF INDEPENDENCE

The article analyzes the issues of the role and importance of legal consciousness, legal culture, and legal education in educating young people in the spirit of the idea of independence. The role of legal consciousness and legal culture in the upbringing of young people and in the process of building a legal state in Uzbekistan is shown. The legal foundations of the ideological upbringing of young people and its aspects related to state policy are highlighted. The ideological, ideological, and spiritual upbringing of young people is considered as a systematic, legal process. Keywords: Youth, the idea of independence, ideological upbringing, legal consciousness, legal culture, legal upbringing, the rule of law, the rule of law, the upbringing of a mature person, awareness of national identity, restoration of historical memory, formation of a sense of national pride and honor.
